Chef Dyanna Bruno

Chef Dyanna Bruno teaches Food Service Management and Marketing and is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Providence. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Food Service Management with a concentration in Marketing and Event planning. Ms. Bruno has been teaching at High Tech High School since 2015. Her goals in the classroom are to educate students in the exciting field of the food service industry and help students prepare for their future and long-term goals after High Tech. Ms. Bruno is also an advisor for two different extracurricular clubs at High Tech: Culinary Club and Skills USA. Both clubs are important to Ms. Bruno, since they encourage students from all different majors to appreciate not only the culinary world but their area of study as well. Ms. Bruno has had a passion for the food service industry since childhood. Since then, she has held almost every job in the food service business; she still actively works in the field when not teaching in the classroom. However, when she does have free, time Ms. Bruno enjoys binge watching bad TV and retail therapy. dbruno@hcstonline.org
