Yesterday, Mr. Kliesh’s sophomore class explored the Yellow Trail at Jockey Hollow while following along with a guided scavenger hunt video that brought the experience to life. Students enjoyed a scenic hike through beautiful snowy views and historic landmarks, including a wooden barn, a snow-covered orchard, and an old well. As they moved along the trail, Mr. Kliesh encouraged the students to imagine what it was like to walk these grounds in the 1770s, allowing them to experience history in an engaging and immersive way. Overall, it was a fun, adventurous, and memorable learning experience for everyone.
