Chef Jesse DeLorenzo is a former student of County Prep High School and a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He’s worked at many hotels and restaurants which led to a sous chef position in one of New York’s top restaurants, Le Cirque. He decided to pursue a career as a private chef, owning his own catering and private chef business in order to express his creativity and unique style of cooking. Chef DeLorenzo enjoys giving back all he’s learned throughout his years in the field by teaching the next generation of culinary experts. He has a wide experience in multiple cuisines focusing on making farm to table cuisines, such as homemade pasta dishes with fresh cuts of meats and locally grown herbs.
