We are incredibly proud to celebrate sisters Olivia and Sofiamaria Gallo, North Bergen natives and former dance majors at High Tech High School under the direction of Trista DeFilippis. Both were integral members of the Dance Performance Division, exemplifying dedication, talent, and excellence in their studies. Now at Temple University, Olivia is a freshman majoring in Finance, and Sofiamaria is a senior majoring in Communication Studies—both continuing their passion for dance as proud members of the Temple dance team. On Saturday, September 6th, the sisters were honored together as Temple’s “Gem of the Game,” a testament to their hard work, commitment, and the special bond they share. We are so proud to see them thrive together, pursuing their dreams in dance and education!
