ABOUT D|FAB

The Academy for Design and Fabrication (D|Fab) prepares students for college and careers in fields like architecture, interior design, product design, engineering, architectural millwork, manufacturing, and computer programming.

Freshmen in the Computer Programming Program of Study get a head start with AP Computer Science Principles, building a strong foundation in coding and computational thinking. Students in all other D|Fab programs begin with Engineering Design, a hands-on, year-long course that introduces the engineering design process and lays the groundwork for deeper exploration in their chosen CTE Program of Study.

Through work-based learning experiences, Career and STEM Day events, and guest speakers from industry, students expand their learning beyond the classroom. This approach gives them the skills and insight to turn opportunities into fulfilling careers.
